Installation:
To guarantee that your equipment is immediately operational on arrival, Noroit engineers will install on site and perform the full installation and qualification procedures.
The factory qualification file and installation report are delivered.
For products dedicated to pharmaceutical applications, IQ – OQ qualifications are performed.
Training:
Noroit provides training for local operators in the use of the products, including demonstration, cleaning and disinfection tips.
Noroit can also organize more technical courses for local service engineers.
After sales service:
Noroit ensures you reactivity, receptiveness and understanding.
The service engineers are rigorously trained to ensure the maintenance of the equipment. Noroit guarantees immediate availability of spare parts and consumables.
After servicing, an intervention report and verification certificates of the equipment are supplied.
